01 / Game day

Know who's on.
Know who's next.

Keep your attention on the team with playing time and substitutions in one place.

  • See who's playing and who's on the bench.
  • Track individual playing time to guide fair rotations.
  • Set game periods and plan goalkeeper duties.
  • Record Magic Plays and save game reports.

02 / Training

A good session starts
with a simple plan.

Build a session around your team, then keep the drills that work for next time.

  • Arrange drills with instructions, pictures and planned times.
  • Run drill timers and record activities used.
  • Save individual drills to your reusable library.
  • Add dated notes, share plans or print a PDF.

03 / Your team

Every player.
Part of the plan.

Keep your team list and game-day lineup together. See who is playing and who is on the bench, and use individual playing time to guide your next substitution.

Substitution timers help you keep track of rotations, so you can focus on coaching.

04 / Sport flexibility

Your sport.
Your team's rhythm.

Different youth sports call for different rotations. Set up game periods and organise your lineup around the way your team plays.

On the court or on the field, the goal stays the same: give every player their chance.

For the coach. For the team.

You coach. We track. Everyone plays.

Less clock-watching. More encouragement, more teamwork and more moments that matter.

Common questions

How do I create a training plan?

Open Your Teams, then your team's Menu → Training Plan. Choose New Training Plan and edit its name and drills. Check for “Saved” before tapping Done.

How do I save a drill from an imported plan?

Open the plan, then the drill's Options → Save to Saved Drills. Its name, instructions and pictures are saved to your team's library. Dated coaching notes remain in the plan.

Where does Insert Drill put a new drill?

It inserts into the gap before the section beside the button. For example, Insert Drill beside Drill 2 adds a drill between drills 1 and 2. Add Section adds a section at the end.

How do I share a training plan?

Inside the plan, choose Menu → Share Training Plan. Choose Share for Import into App for an editable .benchshare file, or Share PDF (Printable Layout) for reading and printing. You can choose whether to include coaching notes.

Why can't I hear a training timer alert?

Check that notifications and sounds are allowed for Balanced Bench in your phone's settings. Silent Mode or Focus may mute alerts. Reopen the running plan to see its timer controls.

Do library edits change drills already in plans?

No. Drills copied into a training plan remain separate from the saved library entry. Update the drill in the plan when you want to change that session.
